Troubleshooting Stream Pausing Issues as a Streamer

Learn why your Parfour streams might be pausing, from connectivity issues to accidental taps. Get troubleshooting steps to keep your streams running smoothly.

Instructions:

  1. Streams can pause for many reasons, including accidental tapping of the Pause button, leaving the app, or losing cell signal.

  2. To remedy this:

    • Force quit the application. Ensure cell service is viable via your device's dashboard.

    • If service is sufficient, reopen the app and return to your stream by pressing the green camera button in the lower center of the screen.

    • From here, you will be prompted to Rejoin stream.
