Troubleshooting Stream Pausing Issues as a Viewer

Learn why the Parfour streams you are viewing might be pausing, from connectivity issues to accidental taps. Get troubleshooting steps to keep viewing your streams. 

Instructions:

  • Streams can pause for many reasons, including accidental tapping of the Pause button, the streamer leaving the app, or losing cell signal by either the streamer or viewer.

  • To remedy this:

    • Force quit the application.Check your cell service or wifi connection

    • If service/wifi is sufficient, reopen the app and return to the stream by pressing on the stream you wish to view.
