Password Recovery/Reset

Learn how to recover or reset your password if you have forgotten it.

Instructions:

  1. While at the login screen, after selecting Sign in with email, tap Forgot your password?

  2. Tap the text bar and input the email associated with your account, then select Reset password.

  3. Navigate to your email and find an email from no-reply, open this email and copy the code provided into the Parfour code verification text box.

  4. Change your password to a unique, memorable password that adheres to the password character requirements.

  • Ensure your email is correctly typed to receive the reset code promptly.
