Use this troubleshooting guide to update your app, check your internet, and reinstall for a smoother experience

Instructions:

  1. Ensure you have the most updated device software and app version.

  2. Try the following steps in order:

    • Restart your device.

    • Check your internet connection.

    • Uninstall and reinstall the Parfour app:

      • iPhone: From the Home screen, tap and hold the Parfour app icon until it shakes. Tap the app to delete it. Go to the App Store, reinstall Parfour, and log in with your username and password.

      • Android: Go to your phone or tablet's Settings and tap Apps. Tap Parfour. Tap Uninstall. Go to the Google Play Store, reinstall Parfour, and log in with your username and password.
